Ages: Females aged 9 – 15

Girls Group has been in operation for several years, the program is designed to teach young girls the value of positive self-image, the power in supporting each other, social skills, workshops provided by community professionals and university students teaching sports, science, mental and emotional well-being and group outings city wide for meaningful experience.

Girls Group has been made possible by Neighbourhoods Alive Grant Funding and the Province of Manitoba.
