We are happy to announce our new program is successfully under way and is already on its second intake!!

Economic Expressway (Eco Edge) was created to educate and empower Aboriginal youth and to engage them through training opportunities which address barriers to youth participation in the economy.

The participants will create a short video for an Aboriginal organization to gain hands-on experience with audio/video equipment, proper lighting, and camera use.  They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our technical staff in writing, filming, interview, and planning the video shoots.
In addition, participants will chose, research, and present two workshops per month for the duration of the program (two months) to the public for anyone between the ages of 16-29.

Eco Edge provides nutrition, budgeting and transportation assistance, workshop training, guest speakers, use of community resources, guidance through mentorship, and a cultural retreat as a graduation from the program.
