Experience the benefits and power of simple and gentle yoga stretches to help you relax and improve your physical strength and balance. This class, taught by a certified youg instructor, offers a refelctive and spiritual approach to yoga that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing.
